We value fresh food made to order individually for every Guest. We procure fresh vegetables from the local market and fish & sea food from the nearest harbor. We serve homemade Kerala cuisine prepared by local Lady Cook and authentic North Indian cuisine prepared by Cook coming from the Himalayan hills. We cook healthy with less coconut oil, adjusng spices to guest preferences, offering Kerala red rice, atha parathas (brown flour), fresh salads & juices and delicious sea food barbeques. You can take part in cooking classes and learn how to make your favorite Kerala food.
As we would like to serve fresh food our service person will take an order 2 hours before lunch and dinner and exact timing of the meal can be decided by the Guests as per their desire.
We serve buffet breakfast from 8.00 to 10.00. We offer connental set including: fresh fruit juice, corn flakes, toast with jam & buer, fresh local fruits, eggs to order, pancakes, omelets, French toast. Addionally, every day we offer different Kerala dish – like for example Appam with Egg Curry, Upma, North Indian Poha, Idiyappam with Veg Stew, Idli and Dosa with sambar or coconut chutney. You can also find in our buffet Indian chai and Kerala coffee and also fresh filter coffee.
We invite all our Gusts to enjoy open air restaurant with amazing sea view where you can admire dolphins and local eagles hunting in the sea. All our Guests enjoy restaurant so much that they give up on room service.
We are very private place for birthday pares, anniversaries, friends or family get together, honey moon couples for private candle light dinner. We do not serve alcohol but guests are welcome to bring their own and enjoy it in the enclosure of their room. We serve Saatvik food for Yoga Retreats and organize tailor made food menu for them.
